Who We Are

We Are a Fiduciary

Only 15 percent of all wealth management firms qualify as a Fiduciary. At Chacon Diaz & Di Virgilio, our Fiduciary status is the standard that governs all that we do. The word Fiduciary comes from the Latin word  fīdūciārius, meaning something held in trust. Fiduciary was first used in 1631, and today it means much the same as it did then. Webster defines the relationship between a fiduciary and client as:  the relation existing when one person justifiably reposes confidence, faith, and reliance in another whose aid, advice, or protection is sought in some matter :  the relation existing when good conscience requires one to act at all times for the sole benefit and interests of another with loyalty to those interests.
